What do you do when there is a power failure?

We woke up this morning and NO ELECTRICITY ,no tea,no television,no bath,no breakfast and worse of all NO INTERNET.

So what do you do?........well you clean your fishtank,dust the house,clean the rat cages and feed them and various other household chores which normally get ignored because you cannot tear yourself away from the computer.

This and That

Well it is already March,this year is moving along at a rapid pace and before we know it,it will be Christmas again.Louis is doing really well at work,which I am very happy about.I am so proud of him,he works so hard for this family and oftentimes goes through hell to make sure we have food on the table but it looks like finally things are starting to pay off after years of hard work (touch wood).

I have been busy turning the old Canine Chatter into a Sims 3 site,it is a lot of fun and I am really looking forward to getting the game.No more loading lots to get from one place to another and you can visit your neighbors.I also like the fact that you can keep fish and insects that you catch as pets.I added a Sims 2 section to the site so we have some thing to talk about while we wait all 91 days and found some talented people's videos on Youtube...amazing..who can believe they can make things like that..must take hours.For anyone who is interested the address is http://www.sims3addicts.co.za
I found a few forums where you can advertise your forums for free which is cool.I also promoted my forumotion forums at the forumotion of forums and had Thimble Chatter accepted,now I am just waiting to see if they accept the Sims3 addicts.I will also do the lightsportaircraft forum as soon as it gets a bit more active.

My mom came to visit yesterday,the dogs were so happy to see her Shelby shouted and shouted and then did a happy piddle,most of it on me.

We had a lovely visit and she brought me some Thimbles,the Pipkin fairy and a beautiful cat as well as three Thimbles by Gili (South Africa).This lady is so talented she hand paints her thimbles and they are absolutely gorgeous.We will soon be doing a profile on her on
Thimble chatter so keep an eye out,you won't be disappointed.

I have decided to try make my own dog clothes,once Louis shows me how to use the sewing machine,I know it's sad I don't know how to use it but I have never had a interest in sewing before.Cheyenne and mom popped back by the house to drop off the sewing machine and I got a glimpse of Chey's cellphone (Nokia 5000), omg gorgeous and it had a fairy on the screen,I love fairies.I will be able to get this phone when I get my upgrade,I have been in Phone Hell since my phone was stolen last year.It comes in pink and blue as well.

Housewife Hell

I am in Housewife Hell today,I decided to wash all the curtains today, a task I despise on any given day, it is a total mission.You have to take them down,remove all the hooks,wash them,dry them and then hang them back up.

You may ask what she is complaining about...well my washing machine doesn't spin so all the washing is sopping wet,the washing line fell over and now it looks like rain.Oh woe is me when can my hubby be!!!
