Was relaxing in the study when Louis comes to me and says "Lins,I think we have a problem"

visions of floods,electrical mishaps,injured dogs flooded my head so I dash off to the lounge to

see what was so problematic and Louis takes me to the bird cage and says he thinks Colby

is dead.......sooooo I look and there is the naughty parrot hiding underneath the newspaper,

no amount of knocking at the cage would make Colby come out from under the newspaper as

much as Louis tried,he even put his finger in the cage..a action unheard of because Colby

is a one person bird and that person is me

Cat Whisperer

This is my cat Ming Lu sometimes he thinks he is a dog,probably because he was the only kitten in the litter

and grew up with Willow who is 8 months old.Today Ming decided that he was going to do some interneting with

us and after much chewing of wires and general peskiness..he finally settled on my lap and had a nap...first time 

ever.

Willow is feeling much better today after all her drama yesterday..a car ride soon fixed all woes LOL

Been playing with effects..I love effects LOL.Today has been a uneventful day..no actually I take that back..Willow

was sick and then she stepped in poop (yes she is a dog) so I had to wash her and Jamie who's poop it was,then 

she got bumped by a door but after doing all my sick doggie tests it has been determined that Willow is fine.

Then the bearded dragons were playing tag in their cage,banging all over the place and making quite a racket,so

I moved the curtain to see what they were up to and the pen holder fell on my head sending pens and letter openers

flying everywhere..Louis who was emersed in Typhoon rising got the fright of his life.

Scrapbook flair Challenge

The challenge was to take this image and scrap it,you still have to see the original image but make it your own.

Anyway this is what I came up with,first I played with the image in Topaz and then went back to craft artist added

my mist and tube,blended in the mist (top right) and exported it as a Jpeg and then back to photoshop to add

some more effects Topaz night and Topaz clean

Been making papers for various kits all day so had to do a quick scrap page.Tomorrow we

are taking my cat Cleo in to be spayed so the poor thing is trapped in the bedroom as she

is not allowed to eat from 9pm..I learn't my lesson last time when poor Meowkie was

injured and he ran away when I was trying to take him to the vet for two days he

was missing with a terrible wound on his hip
