Been giving animated scrapbooks a try..just my second try so be kind LOL

Long time since I've been here

Been busy today changing the appearance of my social network Maatjies and my own personal page there.Louis and I went out to Cresta the other day and had pizza at Panarotti's,  he always adds loads of chilli to his pizza and then sits there panting and sometimes red in the dace,quite amusing LOL.We got the sims castaway stories and I have been dividing my time between that and world adventures..when I'm not digital scrapbooking that is.

2009 has sucked thus far

I have been so busy lately on my sim site that I have been neglecting my blogs.Today we went to the shop and Dad had to go get my washing at the laundromat and on the way back there he had a accident in a residential area.He was going straight and this woman made a illegal u-turn and smashed into the side of his car.

Her car (white one) was a write off but at least she admitted it was her fault and told the insurance that.I swear 2009 has been a really crappy year so far people and pets have died,jobs have been lost,everything that could break has broken.I think that a whole lot of people I know online,overseas and here in South Africa generally have been having a bad year.

Hopefully the rainbow will come out soon and bring us all some good luck.

Chapmans Peak in the Cape,there is a long road alongside the side of the mountain which for me is scary because I am afraid of height but worth the trip.

What do you do when there is a power failure?

We woke up this morning and NO ELECTRICITY ,no tea,no television,no bath,no breakfast and worse of all NO INTERNET.

So what do you do?........well you clean your fishtank,dust the house,clean the rat cages and feed them and various other household chores which normally get ignored because you cannot tear yourself away from the computer.

This and That

Well it is already March,this year is moving along at a rapid pace and before we know it,it will be Christmas again.Louis is doing really well at work,which I am very happy about.I am so proud of him,he works so hard for this family and oftentimes goes through hell to make sure we have food on the table but it looks like finally things are starting to pay off after years of hard work (touch wood).

I have been busy turning the old Canine Chatter into a Sims 3 site,it is a lot of fun and I am really looking forward to getting the game.No more loading lots to get from one place to another and you can visit your neighbors.I also like the fact that you can keep fish and insects that you catch as pets.I added a Sims 2 section to the site so we have some thing to talk about while we wait all 91 days and found some talented people's videos on Youtube...amazing..who can believe they can make things like that..must take hours.For anyone who is interested the address is http://www.sims3addicts.co.za
I found a few forums where you can advertise your forums for free which is cool.I also promoted my forumotion forums at the forumotion of forums and had Thimble Chatter accepted,now I am just waiting to see if they accept the Sims3 addicts.I will also do the lightsportaircraft forum as soon as it gets a bit more active.
